CNC & Cutting
- Beam drill line (CNC multi-spindle) — automatic layout and drilling on beams and channels
- CNC plasma / oxy-fuel cutting table — plate work, gussets, base plates up to 4" thick
- Band saw (structural capacity) — accurate cold sawing on beams and tube
- Coping / notching machine — automated beam end coping
Fit-Up & Assembly
- Multiple fit-up bays for simultaneous column, beam, and truss assembly
- Rotary weld positioners — 2-ton and 5-ton
- Strongback tables for platen fit-up on trusses and girders
- Press brake (200-ton) — plate and angle forming
Welding Processes
- FCAW (Flux-Core) — primary production welding process
- GMAW (MIG) — misc metals, lighter gauge
- GTAW (TIG) — stainless, precision work
Surface Prep & Coating
