Spec Review
We review Division 05 specs against our capabilities — certifications required, NDT requirements, coating systems, submittals, and schedule milestones.
Procurement Lead Time
Current steel mill lead times change. We provide realistic delivery windows based on current market conditions so your schedule reflects reality.
Value Engineering
Recommendations on section substitutions, connection simplifications, or phasing that reduce cost or schedule without compromising structural intent.
